Our service commitments:

·  All enquiries and orders are subject to a contract review, to ensure that the requirements, both technical and commercial, are adequately defined, understood and documented and we can meet the commitment offered.

·  All designs, in the form of detailed drawings,written procedures etc. are discussed and agreed prior to commencement of production, to ensure that the product meets with your requirements in all respects.

·  Resin and reinforcement systems will be chosen, based on the most economical requirements of the product during its life. This information will be obtained from our extensive in-house library, or by discussion with the technical divisions of our main suppliers.
